Write a report for a university, lecturer describing the information shown below.

The chart shows the mean spendings on mobile phone and residental phone services in each yaer between 2001 and 2010 in the USA. In general, the annual spending on cell phone service was increasing gradually from 2001 to 2010, reaching a peak in 2010. Meanwhile, the annual spending on residental phone sevice was decresing smoothly over the period, touching the minimum value in 2010. For the cell phone services, the expenditure has a slower rate of rise between 2002 and 2003 when compared to the overall trend. It intersects with the residental phone service at 2006 in around 550 dollars.Then, it reachs a peak at $750 in 2010 which is almost four times of the value in 2001. For the residental phone services, the expenditure was halved from approximately $700 in 2001 to $350 in 2010.It illustrates that the expenditures was decresing evenly for the most of the time.However,it shows a more significant decay in the period between 2006 and 2007.

Nowadays, more people around the world community has became more worrying about the consequences brought by the pollution of rivers, lakes and seas as the problem is getting more worse. In my opinion, I think the possible causes of water pollution are due to lack of regulation of sewage production and lack of awareness of people. Most of the factories in developed countries are strictly controlled in the discharge of sewages.However,in order to minimise cost, many of the world large-scale manufacturing companies has relocated their factories base to some developing countries in Asia such as China and Indonesia in the past few decades. As there are no strict regulation, the sewages were discharged into river and leaded to serious water pollution. Moreover, the lack of awareness of people in some countries is mainly caused by the low education level of people. People from local villages usually don't have the awareness to keep the water clean. Therefore, they may throw rubbish into the river and lake.The rubbish will eventually flow into the ocean and severely pollute the marine environment. If the things described above is still occuring, serious water pollution will be the major threats to human life in the future inevitably.For instance, the quality of drinking water in some countries will be reduced and more people will get stomachae if the water processing system is inadequate. Furthermore, the marine ecosystems will be severely distruped as some organism may need to migrate to other place or even injurer or died. This will greatly reduce the biodiversity. As a result, people around the world are more concerning about the impact of water pollution.Even leaders from different countries are actively participating in conferences and signing agreements in order to combat water pollution.
