These three images describe the development of Tarnagul from 1900 to 2000. The areas which had changes over the period are the dairy zone and opposite the river Oranges, Town area and Mandarins. Overall, looking in more detail the zone on left of the river, haven't had significant variations since 1900, whereas the area on the right side of the river had a gradual development until 2000. Firstly, the dairy zone turned into Lemons and Grapefruit area in 1950, whereas in the opposite side of the river Mandarins had been replaced by another Oranges area in 1950. Moreover, it noticeable that in this area packing sheds had been added between the tracks. Secondly, the Lemons and Grapefruit area was converted into Wildlife Sanctuary in 2000. By contrast Oranges zones became unused in 2000. However a park and other three facilities had been built, which were local museum, craft market and tourist shop. Furthermore tracks were removed between the local museum and craft market.

Nowadays the agriculture has developed significantly in every part of the world and thanks to this there are a variety of food items. In addition to this, food is considered the most important source of our dailylife and the market of food has become an issue of debate in terms of taxes. There are those who argue that policies and tariffs on food aren't necessary, whereas I hold on firmly that food should be taxed if imported from overseas nations. To begin with, food is considered the most important need of our life and many countries tend to establish special taxes on imported food for many reasons. First of all, imported food with high taxes usually are transported by air or by cargo ships and usually prices of food items are higher than we expect, because these types of transport system have a significant cost, especially if the country is located on the other part of the world. For example, in Italy Japanese food is imported only by ships and are dramatically taxed, also because of the distance. Consequently, food in Japanese restaurants are usually considered the most expensive. On the other hand, many countries have their own local and traditional food and sometimes some types of food are imported from other cities of that country by means of transport such as trains or trucks. For example, in Italy the majority of oranges and types of cheese are imported from South to North by lorries or trains. However, some of these are highly taxed and I disagree with this policy, because traditional food belongs to the nation and should be cheaper for local people, especially for local farmers which represent the agriculture as the main sector of people's lives. In conclusion, imported food from overseas countries usually are taxed because of the high costs of transport systems and lenghts of journeys. However, traditional food items shouldn't be protected by tariffs because a country should ensure his food culture.
