The given bar chart explains the figure of admission of females for every 100 male students admitted in three stages of school education namely primary, secondary and tertiary. It is compared between the industrialized countries and the developing countries from the years 1990 and 1998 respectively. The overall inference obtained from the chart is that the number of students enrolled in the developed countries has been found to be relatively more when comparing the opponent in all three levels of schools. Although the count was escalated over the period, only the tertiary education in developed countries has crossed over the target level of 100 boys, in both reported years. In underdeveloped nations, the total female students admitted in schools had an upward trend of about 83 to 87 in primary, 72 to 82 in secondary, and 66 to 75 in tertiary level, over a period of eight years. On contrary, in advanced countries the volume of female admission showed no much variance between the years, however, in university education, the figure rose up and stayed beyond the target limit in both the measured years.

Commiting mistake is a human nature. Yes, it is accepted; provided it does not warrant any negative impact on a third person's life. Similary, punishments are also mandatory granted depending upon the commited crime. However, few people hope that death penalty should never be condemned, while an other group advocates that it is the apt punishment for grave offenses. According to me, there are certain offences for which the death sentence could be the right decision rather than caging. This essay will discuss both the views and the reason for my opinion. 'Penalty for sin is death' - The most famous phrase that haunts many people , there by preventing them from doing crimes. Certain cruel activites that leads to a terrific condition, should be punished mercilessly. Because, the impact left over by the crime has serious outcomes affecting the entire family of the victim. For insatnce, the news of gang rape of a 6 years old girl, Ashifa from India, has shook the entire globe. It was a brutal attack by giant monsters who have adbucted and killed for their sexual urge. What punishment could be best given for those culprits? Life imprisonment or long term caging can never repay the pain and loss of the family. Hence, it is totally acceptable and worth judging the evil for judicial murder. On the other hand, a certain crowd of people, fight against the permit of capital punishments. According to them, even though killing the person is done legally, it is still an inhumane activity. They claim it to be an approach of revenge, rather than fulfilling the purpose of the punishment, the repentance. Perhaps, it is also against human ethics. Looking back, there were quite a few personalities who were proved to be innocent after their death execution. In order to avoid such uncertainties, caging would be a better choice, which might even give them a chance to repent and regret. To conclude, all though not all crimes need to be punished worse, a serious offence should definitely be determined to death, as the loss and pain can never be forgiven nor forgotten.
