The two floor maps illustrate the transformation of the AAA Accountancy main office. Overall, the main office is now an open space, the reception area is more spacious and couches for visitors have been added. The main office was divided into various little work spaces, depending on the working area, before the renovation. Every office had a door and three desks. Furthermore, faxes and photocopiers were located in every rooms. The front desk area had no sofas or sitting possibilities, only a desk for the reception staff. With the changes in the layout, the office has one big room with desks, forming a rectangle, and one area where faxes and photocopiers are located. The manager's office is situated on the north, the meeting room as well as the lunch room remained in the same place. The storage room has changed the location, it is now opposite the front desk whereas before, it could be found next to the front desk. The Additionally, a sofa area, exit to the manager's office, has been included in the new office.

Dogs are one of the most popular pets in the world, yet many would, yet many would say it is inappropriate to have them in built-up inner-city areas?

Dogs as pets are highly popular among individuals, especially families. Many people get them without really thinking what they need and how much work they can create. These days, many citizens live in appartments, in cities, where there is usually not enough room for pets. I largely believe, that dogs as pets, should not be kept in urban areas. Firstly and foremost, dogs need much room for movement. With increasing living development, especially in the cities, green areas are disappearing, so that the room lacking. Additionally, the growing number of traffic can be dangerous for dogs which are off leash. For instance, if the dog is not well trained and does not listen to his/her name and run towards a busy road, it can be run over by a vehicle. Walking a dog through a city, which is packed with noise and people, can be stressful for a dog and it not an adequate location for talking your dog for a walk. For example, on my way to work in the city, I see many dogs owner taking their pets for a toilet break. Unfortunately, many of them do not clean after their dogs, which is annoying and on the other hand it can be dangerous for other citizens. Secondly, people are usually busy and a dog is a time consuming hobby. The pet owner needs to take the dog for a couple of walks a day even if it raining. There is enough evidence, that taking the dog from the apartment to the nature strip is not enough for such an active animal. Moreover, appartment do not offer enough green area for a dog. Balconies are not the optimal place for them to stay due to the heights. A house with a little garden would be a better place for the dog rather than an appartment, indeed. In brief, people should not get a dog only because they are beautiful and loyal pets and evidently, due to the fact, that they are benefial for children. This decision is a big and longslasting commitment which requires good thinking. I am of the view, that cities and appartments are not the optimal place to have a dog.
