According to the given charts, the number of female attendants in the evening lessons was larger than that of male students. Moreover, it transpired that the evening courses in the selected centre were preferred mainly by students over 50 years old and rarely taken by the young generation under 20.
As is known from the bar chart, the overall figures for male participants involved in the evening courses during the given year were smaller than those of female ones. Although the number of male students taking sculpture courses was insignificantly larger than that of female participants, a noticeably larger proportion of the attendants of the other three courses was taken by women. In particular, the figure for female attendants was twice that of male students in terms of language lessons.
As for age groups of the evening lesson participants, senior citizens over 50 constituted the paramount part, with 42% of the total attendants. The number of students of both 30-39 and 40-49 made up respectively 16% and 26%, while the young adults between 20 and 29 merely composed roughly one tenth of the total participants in the evening courses.
